Curl in the Zone (2006)
By Garry Martin and Tana Martin

It is no secret among world-class curlers that the mental game plays a major role in winning versus losing. While competing in the top curling circuit for women in Canada, Tana has frequently observed how curlers are affected by their thoughts, emotions, and attitudes. Together, Garry and Tana have designed and field-tested valuable mental strategies for helping curlers at all levels. In a foreword to the book in 2006, then 2-time Canadian Men's Curling Champion and Olympic Silver Medallist Kevin Martin wrote, "If you are interested in learning about concrete steps that you can take to improve your mental game, this book is an excellent resource, and I highly recommend it."
